How long will it take to produce my order?
Our stock range of styles has an average production turn around of 3-4 weeks for New Zealand made production.  However if you have a required delivery date, let us know and we can often work towards this.  Totally custom designs can vary according to the overall needs.

I only have a small requirement for uniforms, but want something different, what is the minimum order quantity?
Just about any size business can take control of their company’s image; minimum order is only 10 units.

What colours are available?
We have a wide range of colours available in all of our fabrics.  Contact us today to see if the colour combination is available and we will be able to let you know and send out a colour swatch card if needed.

Can I see a sample?
Absolutely.  Samples can be brought to your business to view by a representative or sent to you via courier.  For new customers we do require our terms of trade signed and credit card details.  Samples are to be returned within 10 working days in original condition.  Courier fee is charged to the credit card.

Can the clothing be branded with my company logo?
All The Loop clothing is purpose designed to be branded with your company logo.  As we make to order, garments can be branded in any way you choose as pre-made company uniforms do have limitations as to what you can do.  We do recommend some methods over others on particular fabrics; our team will be able to advise you of what could be the best way to brand your personalised clothing,

What is "Wickable by Yarn" fabric?
“Wickable by Yarn” is a term used for breathable sports 100% polyester.  Polyester is a man made fibre, when the fabric is still at a yarn stage, it is treated with a “wickable” solution.  This is what gives the fabric the ability to draw the moisture away from the body, leaving you feeling fresh and dry.  Embarrassing sweat patches are now a thing of the past.  It also prevents pilling and body odour.  The “Wickable by Yarn” fabric we use is imported from Taiwan, most imported garments from China are "wickable by chemical” this is not what you want.  “Wickable by Chemical” is when the fabric, not yarn is sprayed with the solution.  This will was off generally between 6-12 washes.  Leaving you with no real benefits in a very short period of time.


Are the fabrics easy care?
Yes, all the fabric we chose are chosen specifically to wear well, be of a high quality and easy care.  Many of the fabrics do not even require ironing.  Ask your representitive for care instructions of the fabric in the style that you are looking to purchase.


We do not accept credit card payments for international orders or from free email accounts eg: gmail or hotmail.
Due to the many different variables involved with branding, we can not include the price to brand each product in the online price. If you would like a price on branding, let us know which product you are interested in, how you would like it branded and email us your logo or design and we will get back to you with a quote.
